The weekend begins with a magical tree lighting ceremony, where Santa arrives by fire truck and joins a lively parade through town, culminating in a joyful countdown as Main Street glows with holiday lights. Throughout the festival, visitors can enjoy live music, marching bands, carolers, and street performers—including magicians, jugglers, and even fire spinners—creating a vibrant and whimsical atmosphere for all ages. 


Across both days, Warren’s shops, galleries, and historic spaces open their doors with special activities, including open houses, craft-making, scavenger hunts, and interactive entertainment. Families can take photos with Santa, decorate cookies, hop aboard a festive trolley ride through town, and enjoy hands-on experiences that celebrate both the season and Warren’s rich history.
